Edelweiss Hotel - Gudauri

The views from our balcony were amazing, great to fully appreciate the beauty of the surrounding area. The hotel rooms were impeccably clean and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. the food provided was good, with a wide variety of options for breakfast and dinner. The inclusion of meals in the room price made it convenient, as we didn't have to venture out for dinner after a long day on the slopes. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The rooms were also warm and cozy, great to dry our snowboarding gear overnight.

We had a great time staying at a hotel close to the new ski lift. It was convenient to have a good restaurant nearby, which we loved. the room was comfortable and came with an impressive bathroom. the staff provided excellent service during our stay. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and admired the beautiful mountain views from our room. the hotel offered ski rental at a great value.

Thanksgiving was an exciting experience, but the hotel had really ruined it. the view from the balcony was the only good thing we had. the clean environment was quite impressive, and the staff was very friendly despite their poor service. It wasn't a far walk to the ski lift, and the rental on, site was great.

The food was terrible. We didn't expect much, but it was just too disgusting to be worth the price we paid.

Our room was not cleaned during our stay, and the bedsheets and towels were not changed. the noise from other guests in the hallways and adjacent rooms was a constant disturbance, making it hard to relax and get a good night's sleep.
